Your email attachments are another overlooked location that can contain important documents and files. You can filter by the type, owner, date, and even the contents of the file. If you don’t remember the name of the file in question, it might be a good idea to bring up a list of all the files of the same type. The search results show up along with their respective file locations, sizes, and the date modified.Click on any of these entries or enter your query to start searching.
